Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
By booking travel or using the services of Bella Travels LLC ("Bella Travels," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions
Company refers to Bella Travels LLC.
Client or Traveler refers to the individual(s) booking or participating in travel arranged by Bella Travels LLC.
Services include travel planning, itinerary creation, consultations, booking assistance, group travel coordination, and related travel services.
2. Booking, Planning Fees & Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts vary depending on the destination and travel supplier.
Travel planning fees, consultation fees, research fees, and other professional service fees charged by Bella Travels LLC are non-refundable, regardless of whether you proceed with a booking.
Final payment is generally due 30–45 days prior to departure, unless your travel supplier requires an earlier payment deadline.
Payments may be made using approved payment methods offered by Bella Travels LLC.
Failure to submit payment by the supplier's deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
Travel pricing may change at any time due to supplier pricing, airfare fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rates, or availability. Bella Travels LLC is not responsible for supplier price increases before your booking is confirmed.
4. Reinstatement Policy
Reservations canceled due to missed payments may be eligible for reinstatement for a $50 per person reinstatement fee, subject to supplier approval and availability. Reinstated reservations will be booked using current market pricing, which may differ from the original quoted price.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by airline, cruise line, resort, hotel, tour operator, and other travel suppliers.
Travel planning fees, consultation fees, and Bella Travels LLC service fees are non-refundable.
Any refundable amounts are subject entirely to the travel supplier's cancellation policies. If travel insurance was purchased, reimbursement eligibility will be determined solely by the insurance provider and the terms of your policy.
6. Changes to Existing Bookings
Changes requested after a reservation has been confirmed are subject to supplier approval and availability.
Bella Travels LLC charges a $25 per person administrative fee for eligible itinerary changes, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees or fare differences. Name changes requested within 30 days of departure are subject to a $75 administrative fee, plus any applicable supplier charges. Some suppliers do not allow itinerary or name changes after booking.
