Bella Travels LLC, Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Bella Travels.

  • "Client" or "You" means the person(s) booking or using the services provided by Bella Travels.

  • "Services" refer to travel planning, booking, and related services offered by Bella Travels.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. The amount may vary depending on the trip and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Final payment is typically due 30 days prior to departure, unless specified otherwise.

  • A one-time 5-day payment extension may be granted upon request, subject to a $35 per person administrative fee.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

3. Reinstatement Policy

  • Trips canceled for non-payment may be reinstated for a $50 per person fee, subject to availability.

  • Reinstated bookings will reflect current market rates, which may differ from the original quoted price.

4. Travel Certificates & Refunds

  • If final payment is missed and the booking is canceled, a travel certificate may be issued (if available).

  • Refunds are not available unless the client has purchased travel insurance, and the supplier has not yet been paid.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 24 hours of deposit (not yet sent to supplier): $50 admin fee.

  • Supplier not yet paid: $100 admin fee per traveler will be deducted before any refund.

  • Supplier already paid: No cash refund; travel certificate may be issued instead.

6. Trip Modification Fees

  • Changes to names, dates, flights, or details after 24 hours of booking: $25 per person.

  • Name changes within 30 days of travel: $75 fee ($50 supplier + $25 Bella admin).

7. Travel Documentation Requirements

It is the responsibility of each client to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations.

  • Passports should be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of entry into a foreign country.

  • Children and infants require all necessary travel documents.

  • Minors traveling alone or with one parent may be stopped or denied entry unless proper, authenticated and verified consent forms are presented to immigration authorities.

  • Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation.

For U.S. child groups under age 19 traveling by land or sea from a contiguous territory (Canada, Mexico), acceptable documents include:

  • Original or copy of birth certificate, Consular Report of Birth Abroad, or Naturalization Certificate

  • Parental or legal guardian consent must be provided to the supervising adult/group leader.

8. Individual Entry and Exit Requirements

Each foreign country may have different views on past or current criminal offenses.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to determine whether they are admissible to a foreign country.

  • Bella Travels does not make inquiries into a client’s legal history.

  • Please contact the relevant embassy or consulate for guidance.

9. Travel Insurance

  • Highly recommended and may be mandatory for certain travel packages.

  • Should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and baggage loss.

  • If you decline travel insurance, you must sign a Travel Insurance Waiver acknowledging that you understand the risks and will not hold Bella Travels liable for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Bella Travels urges all clients to remain informed about global events and check government-issued advisories before booking travel to international destinations.

  • Bella Travels acts only as an intermediary between the client and travel service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

  • We are not liable for acts, errors, delays, omissions, injuries, or losses resulting from the actions of third-party vendors.

12. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect travel.

  • Bella Travels reserves the right to decline or remove any client if their health, behavior, or conduct poses a risk to themselves or others.

13. Code of Conduct

  • All travelers must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.

  • Bella Travels reserves the right to remove travelers who act in a disruptive, threatening, or dangerous way — without refund.

14. Itinerary Services

  • Custom International Inquiries: Complimentary itinerary development.

  • All Other International Trips: $55 flat fee for itinerary development.

  • Domestic (U.S. only): $45 flat fee.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

16. Updates to Terms

Bella Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any update indicates acceptance of the new terms.
